This Privacy Policy explains how Ung Shop ("Application") collects, uses, stores, and protects user data. The Application is provided by Master Ung ("Service Provider") as an online shopping service.

Account information: name, email address, profile photo, and user ID from Google Sign-In.
Shopping activity: cart items, order items, order status, fulfillment choices, and payment status.
Location data: precise location, only when you allow location access, to check delivery availability and prepare delivery service.
Photos: payment slip images uploaded by you to confirm payment.
Device or service identifiers: identifiers used by Firebase and Google services for authentication, security, and app functionality.
Technical data: information such as device type, operating system, IP address, and basic service logs that may be processed by Firebase or Google services.

How We Use Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

To let users sign in and manage their app account.
To show products, manage carts, create orders, and display order history.
To calculate delivery eligibility and support delivery service when location is provided.
To verify payment from uploaded payment slip images.
To protect the Application, prevent fraud, and maintain security.
To comply with legal, accounting, or business record requirements.

Guest Reviewer Mode

The Application includes a Guest reviewer mode for Google Play review. This mode lets reviewers browse products and add items to a demo cart without a Google account. Demo cart data is temporary and is not saved to a user account. Real orders, payment, order history, and profile features require Google Sign-In.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses Google and Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, and Cloud Firestore. These services help us provide login, database storage, security, and app functionality.

We do not sell user data. We do not share user data with third parties for advertising. Information may be processed by trusted service providers only as necessary to operate the Application, comply with law, protect users, or prevent abuse.

Data Security

User data transmitted between the Application and backend services is protected using encryption in transit, such as HTTPS/TLS. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data.

Data Retention

We retain account, cart, order, location, and payment-related data for as long as needed to provide the Application and support shopping services. Some order, payment, or transaction records may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution purposes.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Ung Shop account and related app data at any time.

To request deletion, email us at phormbutr@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Ung Shop Account".

Please include the Google account email used to sign in to the Application.

After receiving your request, we will delete or anonymize account data, profile data, cart data, saved location data, and payment slip data where applicable. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. Some order or transaction records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute resolution purposes.

Your Choices

You can stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
You can choose not to grant location permission. Without location permission, delivery features may be limited.
You can choose not to upload a payment slip, but payment verification may not be available.
You can request account and data deletion by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated policy.
