Privacy Policy for 731
Effective date: August 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the 731 mobile application (Google Play package name com.yingyong.appproject7). The app was formerly and is internally known as HaPump.
731 is published on Google Play by maneelive. The service provider and account holder is YingYong Kamorat (collectively, "we", "us", or "Developer" in this Policy).
This Policy explains the personal and sensitive user data that 731 accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares. It also explains the choices available to you. Some features work locally and offline. Data is sent to our servers or service providers only when required to provide a feature, synchronize your account, upload content, protect the service, or when you choose to publish or share information.
1. Data We Access or Collect
Account and profile data
- Account identifiers such as your Firebase user ID, sign-in provider, and authentication status.
- Information you provide, such as phone number, display name, profile photo, biography, and account preferences.
- Authentication information handled by Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Firebase Authentication, or another sign-in method you select. We do not receive your password from Google or Apple.
User content and social activity
- Photos, videos, audio recordings, captions, stories, comments, reactions, ratings, check-ins, saved items, and other content that you create, import, save, upload, or share.
- Friendship, following, audience, block, report, moderation, and other community-safety information.
- Activity information you choose to record, such as activity type, route points, distance, duration, pace, elevation, timestamps, and media attached to an activity or trip.
Location data
With your device permission and when you use a location feature, 731 may access approximate or precise location. Location may be used for maps, pins, check-ins, activity routes, nearby experiences, optional live location, location attached to media, and safety or anti-abuse checks. Location sharing is optional. You control the audience of content you publish, and you can deny or revoke location permission in your device settings. The app does not need location permission for features that do not depend on location.
Camera, microphone, and files
When you choose to capture or import media, 731 may access the camera, microphone, photos, videos, audio, or files on your device. Media may remain only on your device while it is a local draft. It is uploaded when you choose a cloud-backed save, post, or share action, or when a previously queued upload resumes. Face effects may use on-device face detection to position visual effects. We do not use face detection to identify who you are or create a face-recognition identity.
Device, app, usage, and diagnostic data
- Device and app information such as device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, network status, IP address, and integrity or security signals.
- Usage information such as feature interactions, upload state, session timestamps, notification preferences, and push-notification token.
- Crash reports, error logs, and diagnostic information used to detect failures, prevent data loss, improve performance, and protect the app.
2. How We Use Data
We use data only as reasonably necessary to:
- create, authenticate, secure, and manage your account;
- provide camera, gallery, Story, Feed, activity, map, trip, pin, nearby, and social features;
- save local drafts, synchronize data, process media, complete uploads, and recover interrupted uploads;
- apply the audience and privacy choices you select for content and location;
- deliver notifications and service messages you enable;
- moderate content, process reports and blocks, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms;
- diagnose crashes, improve reliability, measure performance, and support users; and
- comply with applicable law and valid legal requests.
3. When Data Is Shared
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. Data may be disclosed in the following limited situations:
- At your direction: Content, profile information, activity information, and optional location are shown to the audience you choose, such as private, selected users, friends, or public.
- Service providers: We use providers that process data for app operation, hosting, security, authentication, media delivery, maps, and diagnostics. These may include Google Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, App Check, Cloud Messaging, and Crashlytics), Google Sign-In, Apple Sign in with Apple, Google Maps, map or tile providers, and Bunny.net for media storage, streaming, and content delivery. These providers may process device, account, location, diagnostic, or user-content data as needed to perform their services under their own terms and privacy policies.
- Safety and legal reasons: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect users, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, and safety of users, the public, or the Developer.
- Business changes: If the service is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of assets, data may be transferred with appropriate notice and safeguards as required by law.
4. Public and Private Content
Public content can be viewed, shared, or saved by other people. Content marked private, friends-only, or selected-recipient is limited according to the audience option you choose, subject to necessary processing by our service providers and disclosures required for safety or law. Do not include personal information or precise location in public content unless you intend to make it public.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. These include encrypted network transport, authenticated access, Firebase Security Rules, App Check, access controls, validation, and monitoring. Local drafts are stored within app-controlled storage where supported by the device. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users should also protect their device and account credentials.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account data and cloud-backed user content while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Local drafts remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, uninstall the app, or they are handled by an app retention setting. Upload and diagnostic records are retained only as reasonably necessary for reliability, security, fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance.
You can permanently request account and associated-data deletion using the account deletion control available inside 731, or by emailing support@appproject7.com from an address or account that allows us to verify the request. We will delete or anonymize data associated with the account, except information that we must retain for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Residual copies may remain for a limited period in protected backups before being overwritten. Content copied or shared by other users may remain outside our control.
7. Your Choices
- Choose the audience for content and location before publishing.
- Change or revoke camera, microphone, file, notification, and location permissions in device settings.
- Edit or remove supported profile information and content within the app.
- Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
- Stop future app data collection by deleting your account and uninstalling the app.
8. Children's Privacy
731 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without any consent required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal data in violation of this Policy, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. International Processing
Our service providers may process or store data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards and require data to be handled consistently with this Policy and applicable law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when the app, our data practices, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Policy on this page and update the effective date. Where required, we will also provide an in-app notice or request consent.
